Wife and I bought a home in December of last year closer to her parents. The property needed a ton of work. I grew up farming, so I was excited about the amount of work that needed to be done.
Removed a few trees, a stone driveway, along with huge rocks. Mixed in a total of 14 yards of topsoil. (3/4 topsoil, 1/4 mushroom soil). Planted Primetime Apex Turf Fescue.
Lots still to do to get the property where I want it, but it’s a start.
