Do a pest check. I’m not very knowledgeable but I know some pests can do that to leaves

Quarantine it and check for bugs to be safe.
Put it in the shower to rinse off all the leaves …I’m still learning so i don’t know how you would treat it.
I wipe my plants once in a while cause my place is dusty.

I am not certain. But will throw this out there. The yellowing around some areas almost looks like it is indicative of a fungal disease. For that I would recommend bonide infuse. I love that stuff. But there are other antifungals depending on the specific fungus. So google the yellow spots to get a clearer answer. Some other spots on the leaves looks similar to thrip damage, but i cannot be sure due to quality of the photo. If you have pests, the bonide systemic granules work really well. But do not mix pest killer stuff with antifungals..it will likely stress out the plant too much and could kill it. Best to examine it thoroughly. Wash it off with dish soap and water. Repot. Quarantine. See if either thing spreads or if you see any pests..maybe choose 1 treatment right away and then the other in like 2 weeks. But keep that B away from your other plants fr lol. Hopefully someone else has a sure answer for what is going on.

I found 2of them for $10. It has been a nightmare. They have so many bugs in spite of treatment . One died and the other I put I the basement near the door and neglected it. It is thriving and still full of bugs.

Nice! I’m so new at this (this being not killing house plants) that I will keep advice to myself. I just got a monstera at Ace and I paid $40 for it BUT it looks to be six different plants in one pot. In my fantasy, they will become an entire posse of healthy monstera in my livingroom in a year.
