Is it possible to install a retaining wall within the CRZ without damaging my oak tree?

Would like to put in a retaining wall that is ~65' long and 3' tall tapering to 1.5' tall, and bringing in some soil to help level the upper part of my backyard. The problem is this is all within the critical root zone of my large Oak tree (think it's an Oregon White Oak). CRZ ~80' which is the most of the yard. First priority is protecting the tree, but my yard is a mess and would like to create a more usable space. Concerns for potential root damage on install and added weight from soil. Retaining wall at closest point will be about 45' from the trunk and that will be the short side.

I made a post for landscaping ideas on r/landscaping which clued me into CRZ. Bonus points for tree recommendations for the lower part of the yard that will do well with the existing trees.
