I’m not a (US) southern boy, but I I have eaten them before and I liked them.

This is the first mess of Collards I have ever produced on my own. I just picked a couple of huge leaves this evening and boiled them up. Delicious!

    Good job! If you are ever short on bacon grease fir your greens…they now sell bacon grease by the tub. Bacon Up! It’s amazing. 😋😋😋
