I deceived this as a gift a few years ago and recently the tips have been dying.
I water once a week since I think it’s a desert plant but I’m not too sure.
Do I need to re-pot or re-soil this? It is mostly on a north-facing window and doesnt really get direct sunlight. Recently moved so the layout of the windows is a bit tricky.

I am pretty sure you have 3 baby beaucarnea recurvata aka ponytail palm.. not a palm. Close to and agave.
They look very dehydrated. Also they like sun so the more sun you can give them the better.
Try watering it throughly and letting it dry out. And increase light. Hope this helps.
