Does this mama haworthiopsis attenuata looks pot bound? She is not roots bound but I think she is pot bound. Should I give her a wide pot or a deep pot? She needs more space for 4. (more in comment below as body text isn’t allow)

Give it more time, let it fill out more and let the pups grow larger

    1) If I were to look for a wide pot, I’m thinking to get a pot that is 1 to 2 inch wider than the current pot, but the height of the pot will be the same as the current pot or slightly taller than the current pot, to avoid over pot.

    2) If I were to look for a deep pot that is 1 to 2 inch winder than the current pot, the pot will be both wider and taller than the current pot, which I’m worrying it may be over pot for the plant as she isn’t roots bound but pot bound.

The bigger the pot the better and bigger it will grow…go big or go home😂

What is the difference between root and pot bound? Haworthia don’t need a ton of root volume to be happy but you can also safely pot up if you wanted to. Larger pots aren’t a death sentence
