Jackie Kennedy’s grandson has ripped into Donald Trump for demolishing her famous White House garden.
Jack Schlossberg, the 32-year-old grandson of the former first lady, expressed his frustration with the Trump administration on Instagram after they ripped out his grandmother’s Rose Garden, located in the building’s East Wing.
They are concreting over the entire garden to make way for the president’s $300 million ballroom.

“My grandmother saw America in full colour — Trump sees black and white. Where she planted flowers, he poured concrete,” the post starts.
“She brought life to the White House, because our landmarks should inspire and grow with our country.”
The pos tincludes a bright photo of Schlossberg as a toddler standing in the Rose Garden.

“Her Rose Garden is gone, but the spirit of the Kennedy White House lives on — in the young at heart, the strong in spirit, and in a new generation answering the call to service,” he cotninued.
“A year from now, we’ll get our last chance to stop Trump. History is watching. We need leaders with courage, conviction and who actually care.”
The second photo of the carousel shows the construction site the garden has become.

White House spokesman Davis Ingle said in a statement to People Magazine that the president was “working 24/7 to Make America Great Again, including his historic beautification of the White House, at no taxpayer expense.”
“These long-needed upgrades will benefit generations of future presidents and American visitors to the People’s House.”
