Unbeknownst to me this monstera now heavily leans on this poor lamp – what's the next best move here? Repot and get an actual moss pole and position in a more supportive way so it actually climbs?
Care details:
Watered ~1x/week or two, as needed.
South facing sun but facing a courtyard so strong sun for a few hours then not very much light.
Regular potting mix.
Bamboo + twine pole that she doesn't really use but I've tied it here and there (I know, I know)

Support and sunlight. It’s desperate for more sun
I would chop and prop to clean this up, give it more support and more sunlight as others suggested
