3- needs that dead branch trimmed off but the rest looks fine
4- did that one leaf out at all this year? If not then it’s dead, that one maybe remove unless it just already dropped its leaves for fall, it’s hard to see here
5- needs a deadwood prune at minimum and an in-person arborist’s assessment to check the overall structure
I went to cut down a few dying trees and realized they were full of bird’s nests. I guess a dying tree is super popular for birds. So I just cut down the ones leaning towards our home and the ones with branches that look like they would fall if our kids were playing on them.
