


Not pictured: roughly equal amounts of parsley and dill that I harvested along with the cilantro in picture 3, 1 sad butternut squash, and a little bit of basil (and a lot of basil seeds!)
Still growing: broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, more parsley, carrots, oregano, rosemary, sage, chives, leeks, green onions

Yep, I’m here in NE Illinois, a Chicago suburb, and we harvested a lot today. I was hoping we could make it into November before a frost hit but the next two nights don’t look forgiving. We harvested 5 varieties of tomatoes, basil, zucchini, peppers including Poblano Anaheim and Serrano plus Green Bell and Orange Bell. I covered some plants that are near the house and therefore a little more sheltered.
