How much total cost of materials
You call this a "tiny house"? FYI a true "tiny house" would fit in the entire area that you call a family room. Your "big house" not enough? Think somebody has too much money!? Didn't you just buy a HUGE shop too? WOW let us in on where to get you endless supp,y of dough! Especially being SO YOUNG!

Curious Question, why are most houses in the states mostly made out of wood, boards & foam and with all these different tapes and wraps, aren't cement houses more sturdier and last longer? why is it not common for houses? is it expensive or what are the reason for it to be less common. sorry i'm just curious in my country (SEA) most houses are made out of cement and hollow blocks.

Im sorry im dumb….how do u check for leaks before charging the lines by opening the valves on the outside units for the splits? are the lines AND the compressor pre charged?….in my head i was like yo, thats like checking if a tire is leaking before mounting it on the rim and filling it with air.

Just a couple of observations (I had to stop watching at 20 min in ): You didn't "build this yourself" – you had a crew (and professionals at that). Also, installing sub-floor… without having installed moisture barrier on the ground or insulation in the floor…🤔

I made my own blue print lol .funny my moms step dad draw house designs her mom was a home designer/ real-estate and my moms real dad is a paint maker that also sells paints for homes with his own recipes and my real dad that abandoned me sence birth is a home builder so I have it in me but how much does it take to make a tiny home and cost and take and even more I would love to build my own even just getting help . 6:32
You can remove marks from the measuring tape later using rubbing alcohol and paper towels.
