It was firm just the day before, but I woke up and saw that the leaves were a little bit droopy. The droopiness goes from the outer leaves all the way to the middle. There’s no browning or yellowing yet when I look closer at the crown, I noticed that some of the older leaves at the base they’re like Brown translucent-ish I’m thinking this might be stem rot. I water it when the leaves get soft and I use a very very diluted miracle grow fertilizer during every watering.

Scarry, I’d repot into a more perlite heavy mix and check the roots.
Yeah, looks kinda like crown rot :/ in addition to repotting in a lighter mix and removing any brown looking roots while you’re doing it, I’d take leaf propagations of a few leaves that look healthy, making sure to cut way above the brown mushy parts and with a sanitized scissor for each cut.
