My first year gardening, and I am super proud of these babies 😆 Both butternuts came off the same vine, the one is huge! I fought SVB all summer but kept my zucchini plant alive since May and got like 4 fruits off it haha. I learned so much this season, and this group has been so helpful!
What is everyone in the Midwest/northern climates planning to do for winter? I have some lettuce, spring onions, and carrots going that I’ll put tunnels over and I’m thinking of trying garlic out. I have some kale plants that have done me well since April that I’ll try to keep alive too. My daughter and I planted some broccoli seeds for fun too but I don’t think we’re in the right climate to overwinter those lol.
