Hi! After this summer my monstera started to slow down in terms of growth, leaves became smaller and with less cuttings and no holes at all.

Since I also noticed some brownish spots on some of the new and older leaves (last picture) I checked the roots to make sure everything’s all right down there. I don’t see roots rot or signs of overwatering (I water them only when the top soil is dry and in house I have roughly 65% humidity), but maybe there is not much space for new roots to grow? Should I repot it to induce new growth? I also recently bought a grow light to help in the winter months, she is close to a south facing window but here in Milan light is limited in winter. Or maybe it’s better to let her be and report in the spring?

To be 100% honest in august i was away for the holidays and she had just two watering for the whole month and a lot of sun and i think that could have also played a role in the stagnant growth.
