What’s this?

I had rosemary on the left and a plant on the right which died and I don't remember what it was- it was probably thyme or oregano- not sure.
Now I have a plant growing in the middle – what is it? and my rosemary is dying – do you think it's dying coz of the cold – it's around 5 degrees here or is it because of the plant in the middle?
