Is one of the last harvests of the season, we had a frost a few days ago and this ones are from the plants that survived under a tarp. Still lots of green tomatoes outside, I don't know what to do, should I leave them a few more days, or better not risk it and bring them in even when they are too green?

I’m not sure on the exact varietals you have there, but even if they are fully green as long as they are at their maximum growth size they will ripen over time.
Undersized tomatoes could be pickled, the rest just left in a paper bag or box to check on every week or two
I brought in 5 plates of green tomatoes and put them on my counter where I get morning sun and moved them in my dining room for the afternoon noon sun! I’d say 90% of them turned red. I’m pleasantly surprised and I’m still eating my tomatoes and it getting close to November. I never thought they would change because they weren’t even blushing at all!
What the weatherman say?
I don’t believe in the weather guy, but apparently we will have a couple of weeks of rain and temperatures above 0 but still cold , like 4 degrees
