First photo is from when I got it in April, second is now. It used to be full and lush, but over the past few months it’s gotten smaller and sad-looking.

I water it using a moisture meter, usually when it reads dry, and it sits in a bright window with some supplemental plant lights. I haven’t changed its pot or soil since I got it.

Any ideas what might be going wrong? Should I repot it, adjust the lighting, or change my watering schedule? I’d love to get it back to how it looked before.

  1. Smaller pot, more water. I think these like to stay pretty wet. I’ve had one for a few years. It’s definitely dumb sometimes.

Mine is many years old at this point and is taking over my room a little bit, haha. It likes to stay wet. I water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Mine gets looooots of bright, indirect light all day, and then about one hour of direct sunlight through the window during the late afternoon. It’s not particularly fussy but I believe it likes a fair amount of light and water.
