How do you know when your radishes are ready to pick? Easy! They get a little… scandalous. 😉

They’ll start to show their “shoulders” right at the soil line, and that’s your cue to pull ’em!

My simple storage tip: Cut the greens off right away (this is key!) and pop the unwashed radishes in a bag in the fridge. They’ll stay crisp for weeks.

BUT WAIT! Don’t throw those greens away. That’s the 2-for-1 bonus! They are 100% edible. You can toss them in a salad, sauté them, or even make pesto. A total win!

Radishes can be a little scandalous and they will show their shoulders when they are ready for harvest. Or if you’re like this radish, you’re showing your entire torso. To harvest them, you just pull them out of the soil. Easy peasy. To store your radishes, cut off the greens and put them in a plastic bag unwashed in the fridge. They should stay good for up to two weeks like this. But wait, there’s more. Don’t throw away those radish greens because you guessed it, they are edible. You can sauté them, you can add them to a salad, or you can even make pesto out of them. I mean, at this point, is there anything radish can’t
