New York Green Roofs is honored to announce their participation in the 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House, where they had the privilege of constructing a jewel-box terrace garden for this year’s landmark 50th Anniversary edition.
The concept was envisioned by the talented landscape architects at LaGuardia Design Group and brought into dialogue with interiors by Eve Robinson Associates.
The garden is an intimate yet elevated outdoor moment within the six-level, 9,000-square-foot Greenwich Village townhouse. Huge thanks to both visionaries for inviting us to make their dream a reality.
NYGR team’s contribution was to translate this vision into reality—bringing technical expertise in construction and planting to craft an intimate yet elevated outdoor moment fitting for a historic 1900 brick-and-stone townhouse in Greenwich Village. Since its inception, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has stood as a premier stage for design innovation—transforming Manhattan residences into immersive exhibitions of architecture, art, and interiors—while raising critical funds for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Over five decades, it has become a touchstone for design excellence and a source of inspiration across the globe. They are proud to contribute to that legacy this year, alongside some of the field’s most visionary voices.
The Show House opened to the public on September 30, 2025, at 20 West 12th Street.
