Hello! This community has helped me a bunch in the past, and I'm hoping for some more advice!
My manager and I have accidentally propagated this plant on the windowsill at work (we just put it in a vase with water and she sprouted all these roots – see pic 2 for reference!).
I'm not super green-fingered, and I've never propagated anything before. I don't know what kind of plant it is, and its been living next to an East-ish facing window if that's any help.
- she's not the prettiest and clearly needs deadheading (see pic 3): if I deadhead it all at once will it be too much of a shock and it won't survive?
- do I need to move it to some soil and a pot, or can we keep her just in water? I've heard that some plants came survive fine like this!
Thank you! Any extra advice would be appreciated!
