I had this dilemma and decided to send them to family and friends, encouraging them to plant the seeds. The following year, we had a joyful time sharing photos and comparing results. I also scattered the remaining in small piles throughout the local woodlands for the wildlife to enjoy.

hope they aren’t an F1 variety if you’re thinking of planting.

if they were striped, salt and roast them,
    or add to salads.

    if not feed the birds

Eat them, feed them to wildlife and save some for next year

I cut the heads, store in greenhouse then give them to the birds in winter 😀
