Been wanting to do this for over a year now and finally pulled the trigger for this winter. So stoked with how it turned out!

Still have a lot more to do but it’s a good start I think? Also couldn’t fit the whole collection but someday want to add a full shelf above with a second light and add a whole row of little guys.

  • Viparspectra P4000 Grow Light
  • Vivosun G425 48”x24”x60” Grow Tent

Might just leave the front flap open most of the time and not bother with intake/outake. I know that reduces light in the tent but once I chop a couple to lower the canopy, they are easily getting 1000-1800 ppfd at the tips depending on distance. Thoughts on that?

My roommate and I joked that this might make the Nashville winter more bearable. Just get a couple lawn chairs, throw on some shades, and pretend it’s time to have a margarita lol.

Cheers!

It sure will make winter more bearable! Keeping them growing and in your vicinity gives some fulfillment✌🏼

How much light is too much for these? I have some barrina lights coming in and for the first time I worried about “too much” light lol. Do you measure in LUX or PPFD? Whats ideal ranges?

Nice. You are way ahead of me. About 6 plants and a light.

Sweet setup, it pays to buy quality. It never hurts to have a small fan or two cooling the heat sinks of your lamp, ideally using air from outside the tent. Cooler LEDs live longer.

Looking good but remember tricho aren’t desert plants 😉
