I see this on leaves that don’t have enough humidity or a combo of lack of air flow & guttation leaving water on leaves. Another possibility is pest damage, but I can’t tell from this photo…kinda looks like dust but maybe a pest.

Change your substrate!!! spag moss holds ALOT of water and this can be caused my numerous thing’s. Humidity,airflow, overwatering, underwatering (which most likely isnt the case) etc.
