Shared some of these in another thread with tips, but figured I'd show off our bed of greens including kale, broccoli rabe, collards, brussel sprouts, beets, etc since we are now harvesting the Kale. When I was younger in this garden journey did not realize we could grow food all winter here around Raleigh, NC.
Most of these plants are from an overseeding rows back in early-to-mid August. Local garden centers like Ken's in Garner or Hudson's in Clayton, they sell larger packets of seeds for cheap for overseeding.

Admiring those greens! I have not tried overseeding greens into beds with other vegetables, though I realize it can be done. Do you do it as a form of succession planting, as a way to have an extended supply of fresh greens?
