Battle passes are not a new concept in live-service games, but they serve as a valuable addition to reward Grow a Garden players who play the game regularly. The Grow a Garden season pass is one of the best ways to earn new seeds, pets, gear, and cosmetics. In this guide, we will explain how the Grow a Garden Season Pass works, the rewards you can earn, and the items in the store. We’ll keep this guide updated each season, so be sure to bookmark this page and revisit it frequently.
How Does the Grow a Garden Season Pass Work
The battle pass in Grow a Garden works much like any other live-service game. Players can progress through the free tier to claim rewards or buy the premium season pass for 749 Robux to unlock the exclusive items. Unlike most games, however, Grow a Garden gives nearly identical rewards in both tiers, with the premium pass only swapping in standard pets and seed packs for mutated pets and Exotic seed packs.
To advance through the Grow a Garden Season Pass, players must complete simple tasks from the quests tab. These quests grant battle pass XP that helps in completing the XP bar and reaching new tiers in the pass.
Players can skip the specific tier, the full battle pass entirely, or active quests by spending Robux in the game. Some tiers also award Pass Points, which can later be used to purchase items in the Grow a Garden battle pass store.

Grow a Garden Season Pass Quests
The Season Pass quests are simply the daily quests that were available in the Garden Guide in Grow a Garden. Yes, daily quests are now quests within the pass. However, you can now access them only through the quests tab in the Pass option. Completing quests is the only way to level up the Grow a Garden battle pass. The quests automatically reset every 24 hours, and each quest gives 250 XP.
Moreover, you can skip quests and claim the XP by spending Robux. While Grow a Garden Season Pass quests can be anything random, here are some examples of quests you will need to complete to gain battle pass XP:
Harvest 14 Daffodils
Harvest 50 Orange Tulips
Plant 12 Tomato Seeds

Note: We will be updating this section with more quests as and when we spot them in the game.

Should You Buy the Grow a Garden Season Pass?
Whether the Grow a Garden Season Pass is worth it depends on how often you play the game. The free track already gives you plenty of rewards, including many brand-new seeds, pets, and gears, so casual players won’t feel left behind. The premium version costs a whopping 749 Robux and mostly offers upgraded versions of the same rewards: mutated pets, Exotic seed packs, and higher-value items.
If you’re the type of player who logs in daily, like my Editor, who completes quests and enjoys collecting rare variants, the premium pass is worth the purchase. On the other hand, if you only play occasionally, the free pass still provides solid rewards without spending Robux. In short, the Grow a Garden Season Pass is designed more for dedicated gardeners than for casual players, but it offers good value for anyone who plans to grind through most or all of its tiers.
So, are you getting the battle pass in Grow a Garden? Which rewards from the Season Pass are you eyeing first? Let us know in the comments.
