I tried many many different things and ways to solve the problems, unfortunately I have to cover the plants with taps and cheese cloth and yellow sticky traps… I need some help and advice- I posted the same issue and tried all kinds of advice from anyone… I just wonder did anyone has any success for their indoor plants ? Please share and I appreciate it… thank you !

    Try r/houseplants.

    For gnats, often a complete soil replace is the remedy. Some tips:

    Avoid Miracle-Gro bagged potting soil as this brand is often infested with fungus gnats.

    Amend your soil with perlite to increase drainage and reduce the chance of root rot.

    Fill the pot right to the top with soil to increase air flow at root level.

    When you repot, examine the root ball for rotting stem/roots. Fungus gnats thrive on decomposing organic matter.
