Hereford Garden Centre has announced a fully immersive Santa’s Grotto Experience for the festive season, inviting children and families on a journey through the North Pole to Santa’s Grotto and Toy Workshop.

Rebecca Gurnett, events manager at the Blue Diamond Group, said: “We can’t wait to share this new Santa’s Grotto Experience with you.

“It’s filled with so many special moments for families of all ages to treasure.

“We want every child to leave the grotto brimming with excitement for the big day.”

The experience begins with a warm welcome from Reindeer Ronnie, who will help children create their own magic reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve.

Each child will then have a one-on-one meeting with Santa Claus, with a professional photograph to capture the memory.

The adventure continues in Santa’s Toy Workshop, where children can explore a selection of toys and choose one to take home.

The Hereford Garden Centre will also offer a Christmas Afternoon Tea featuring finger sandwiches, homemade cakes, and warm scones with jam and clotted cream.
