I just pulled out one of the pups of the philodendron white princess that I have but I couldn't find a lot of the roots and I want to know if this pup has the potential to survive the propagation
I think it will! Change the water often to add oxygen and that should help the roots develop! You could also add rooting hormone but its unnecessary.

Sure! But charging the water is a fallacy. Don’t change the water but put it into a smaller bottle. It will create it’s own biome in time. Pothos root fairly quickly and once roots have been established you can plant in soil or leave it in water and it will continue to grow.

I almost thought this was the circle jerk sub lol, because of the size of the cup, but hey, you use what you got.
I would say it looks like it has a root and the leafs look healthy I guess. I would just wait it out and see how it goes.
