All my tomatoes and peppers still seem to be thriving and I am a bit surprised! I'll take it, I love sharing!! Anyone else in Illinois or around that area still getting vegetables? I even have an eggplant popping up! by FloofingWithFloofers gardeningVegetableVegetable Gardening 2 Comments gholmom500 2 days ago Yep. Keep pinching off your flowers and you can often get small tomatoes into November. Watch the night temperatures. They really want to be above 50 degrees. Once it dips lower, you can start putting blankets over and around the plants. Porkbossam78 2 days ago I’m on the east coast so probably not as cold but still getting fruit! Have to pick some eggplants, cucamelons, peppers and tomatoes this morning
