Found growing in the wild in South Wales (the original one in the UK not the new one in Australia) thought it looked prity and wondered what it is. It looks ornamental rather than native but there was quite a lot of it.

    Himalayan balsam, Impatiens glandulifera.

    Invasive species. Ripe seed pods “pop” and sends the seed flying. Pretty etc. but spreads everywhere
