These are all excellent questions for 3 or more local contractors who would be interested in quoting you for this work!
Ain’t gonna be cheap, even if you did it yourself, multiple X more for a contractor to do it
So, bascially, you’re going to want rafters that extend from the middle of the roof out over the edge of your newly extended decking.
Is that decking concrete or wood?

A slab will cost a lot more than a wooden deck.
A lot is going to depend on the details. If you wanted to go with something basic, you could have concrete to match the existing porch poured. For a rough ballpark cost, if you did something like 15×20, that’s 300sf @$10/sf. so $3000 plus any landscaping you might want to do. Stamped concrete maybe add 50% to that, pavers maybe double.
It will depend greatly on your location, size and the specifics of the materials selected however.
