I got this 3 leaf cutting off Facebook marketplace back in April, praying I could keep it alive since I have never propagated before.
6 months later she’s put out 3 new leaves and is looking beautiful!
However the last two leaves that came out were mostly green. Is there anything I can do to help facilitate more variegated leaves?
Currently I’m watering maybe once every 10 days, sometimes adding Superthrive and silica.

Lovely plant. Lovely cat. There’s a forum on here “cats and plants”. ❤️
I’m in the same boat. A family member bought me a super expensive albo node from Etsy (against my recommendation lol) in January which arrived with root rot. I had to cut off all roots and restart it, but it has only given me all green leaves since.
I’ve heard advice to cut back to above the latest variegated leaf and hope the new leaf is also variegated. But not sure if you can continuously do that or not. This is what I plan to do
Silica isnt needed. Give her intense light and a full 1-1-1 fert
