They look healthy , wait till the little one blooms a flower before considering potting to a less natural mix , due to seasons I wouldn’t water it more than once every other month till they shrivel

I would go ahead and repot. Just do it carefully. Wait about 4 days, then VERY lightly water to encourage roots to grow, then wait until they show signs of thirst, like sunken tops.

Soil looks like it has mold from being wet in the past and maybe is holding moisture so I probably would repot (very gently).. If it’s bone dry you could wait until flowering is over. Personally would do it now while it’s still a bud but I’m pretty new with lithops myself.
