They sit under a walmart grow lamp any advice on lighting would be appreciated

I’m not an expert but I do have a dozen San Pedro cactus that I’ve raised for over a year now. They don’t take a whole lot. I put mine in a vivusun tent with a fanning/filtration system with a full spectrum panel grow lamp that is used for cannabis. But you don’t have to do any of that. You can leave them like that but they won’t thrive. Put them outside when it’s hot. Bring them in when it’s cold. If you get a hard winter freeze like we get here, then you can place them in a dormancy otherwise if you keep them under a grow lamp the will get skinny. Those in the photo do look healthy tho.
