The other day I noticed that the newest (but not that new) leaf of my monstera’s baby was losing some color. When I inspected it today, I noticed several of the lower, big leaves are also losing their dark green hue.

I have taken a fine tooth comb to this thing and don’t believe I saw thrips or mealy bugs, but I did see a few errant cobwebs so I’m going to treat with Neem Oil.

I’m not sure what’s going on to be honest. I only water when I stick my finger several inches into the soil and it comes out dry.

It gets indirect sunlight from my north facing windows all day and has never had any issues.

I know it needs repotted… could that be it? Any help would be appreciated! This particular plant means a lot to me.
