Oh goodness. You can go ahead and trim the leaves that are entirely brown and crisp. Cut at the base of the affected petioles, leaving the stem intact. Leave the leaf on the left with the large green section. Can you post some close ups of the stem and base? And potentially roots, if you can gently and safely lift it from the pot.

Repot. Dont use terracotta. Use a chunky aroid soil mix. Most of the roots are prolly dead so cut off anything mushy. Prolly gonna need to downsize the pot. Cut the dead leaves off
Soil runs out of nutrients after a while of use. The white buildup around the edges of the pot are usually a tell tale sign that it needs a repot. Sometimes the soil can become hydrophobic and rejects the water you give it. I recommend repotting in a clear ( or not) nursery pot ( the plastic ones) in a chunky mix of orchid bark, soil, perlite and charcoal. And for the pot size chose a size that looks fit for the amount of roots it’s has, not the actual plant size ! Hope this helps!!

How’s the bottom of the stem look?
I cut off all the dead leaves, and anything brown. Should i get rid of the aerial roots?
The best things to do is to ask for help before it gets to this point. So many of us love plants and are happy to help.
