I want to grow this fern and thought this is Dryopteris dilatata. I looked at some other Dryopteris and now I am not certain anymore. Are all of the fronds from the same species? What species? If not, will I create hybrids because I had them in the same bag? So do I have to get new ones?

What country/region are you in? This will determine which species may be present in your area. Many Dryopteris species do naturally hybridise, but this is usually rare and usually only between closely related species. When it does happen, allopolyploidy is an important mechanism of speciation in many fern taxa, but this is obviously a very rare occurance and many hybrids are infertile.
A number of hybrids are artificially propagated in cultivation.
