Hey all! I’m looking for native plant/grass mix to plant in my shelter belt around my yard.

Im in Saskatchewan, Canada zones 3a/3b. I’m looking to pull up all the weeds on the perimeter of my acreage of just over 2 acres and plant a nice native mix for pollinators etc. It’s all nice black soil, I just need to get everything out and cleaned up. My questions are about what I should plant and what time of year do I plant it? How do I manage weeds in the mean time, and how long until it fills in? I don’t really want to have to mow this ever, as the trees all hang down and I can’t really get into there. It’s a low sun area the deeper you get in, there’s another row to the right behind the willows. But ya! I want to attract all the bees and butterflies I can! No wasps lol. Any and all tips are appreciated!
