    3 important tips I’ve learned:

First, sterilize everything—including the soil and the containers. You can even go as far as bleaching the seeds in a 10% dilution. These efforts will prevent fungi from damping off your seedlings.

Second, temperature difference is absolutely key! 68°F/20°C at night is ideal, and no more than 85°F/29°C during the day. This will greatly speed up & increase germination rate.

Third and finally, haworthia seedlings do not need as much light as adult haworthias, too much light will cause fatal stress to them. A little temporary etiolation won’t hurt compared to the alternative of an early grave.

    Happy growing! 😊

Stock up on patience as well! Overall, growing from seed is super fun and a great learning experience! I messed up mine in several different ways and they’re still growing. The ones that are left are very hearty plants that can withstand my lack of patience 😂 win win.
