Did a reno last year and turned out great but I neglected over the summer and it got wiped out by disease and drought. Reseeded mid September with lecso TTTF since I was able to get 3 50lb bags for $90 each. I have about 10k sqft of lawn so had some extra seed for any bare patches. I aerated which helped with seeds falling into the holes but should have also slit seed since I didn’t top dress with anything other than raking the seed in. Still a few patches and already getting hit with disease

Did you apply Tenacity too? Looks great! I used Lesco Tall Fescue too with good results
