Here are three main areas of this backyard. Number one is the composite deck at the house with a louvered pergola that is right off the patio door. We have privacy screens, lot of lighting and it’s composite, so it’s low maintenance. Then we have a dining area here that has a large privacy screen with awning that covers pretty much the whole table. The last one, the most important is this space here, the threeseason room connected with a louver per. When we have this glass garage door open, it creates a one large usable space here with a seating, TV inside, bar, cabinets, running water, heater, everything. Perfect to enjoy during the summer time. But when it gets colder, you can actually close the garage door and the sliding door and the space is insulated with a heating. So you can enjoy this deep into the fall or early springtime.
