The Celtics stepped back on their home court for the first time in a long time, and they gave the fans quite the show, blowing out the Cavaliers 138-107.
Joe Mazzulla’s team played hard on both ends of the floor, overpowering the undermanned Cavs, who were without Donovan Mitchell and all of their starters.
While it’s just the preseason, it likely felt good for the Celtics, who let a big second-half lead slip away from them on Friday night in Toronto.
Now 2-1 in the preseason, the C’s have one more exhibition left, welcoming those Raptors to TD Garden on Wednesday night.
