The hotel is Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. There are 3 huge conservatories with room balconies overlooking them. Restaurants everywhere inside and outside the conservatory. The biggest one has a small river to take a boat tour to see all the plants from different vantage points.

Damn it! I knew it looked familiar! I was there a few years ago, before I cared about plants. Would love to go back to to see that thang in person now that I would appreciate it.
