The Eganville and Area Horticultural Society will host “Preparing Your Garden for Winter” with Ottawa master gardener Mary Shearman Reid, owner of Green Thumb Nursery, at the Eganville Legion, 57 Veteran’s Way.
A social with refreshments begins at 7 p.m., followed by the presentation at 7:30.
The event is free for members; non-members welcome with a small donation.
