First pick looks like chicken of the woods but I’m not 100% on it.
What species are these? Mushroom identification is something I need to improve my skill at. Right now I’m only really good for spotting chicken of the wood, Molly moochers, and Liberty caps.
Soup looks delicious to by the way, it’s 45 outside right now and looks like a good fall soup.
