hello this is Steve and Steve is going to show us a brand new Maple that no one’s ever seen before and he’s a leading Maple expert and one of the leading Maple Growers so take it away Steve so this variety here is called MAA yatsubusa it’s a dwarf upright Japanese maple perfect for Bonsai and many years ago I had a stock tree of this that had flowers on it and Seed just like this one starting here and I collected some seed from it sewed it out in the field and I got many different variations come up from that seed and one of the varieties one of the forms that I selected is this one here and I’ve named it red maau um so this tree here is about 8 years old so very slow growing um very densely compact uh foliage and uh yeah it’s just a beautiful variation yeah it’s absolutely beautiful thank you very much for showing us this
