New construction house that we found lots of broken glass around the yard from an old house that was on the lot decades ago and burned down. We decided to bring in 200 cubic yards of top soil to bury it and start fresh. Also in SE PA with clay soil, so big help with that too. Puppy is the biggest fan of it now that she can finally run around outback and fetch endlessly again.

Do you let the dog go on it?
Hell yeah. Awesome pup too!
Great size yard, bet the puppy is happy
My conclusion from this sub is that grass only grows exclusively in SE PA. FML. L is for lawn
What was your sprinkler set up?
Hell yeah man! It’s tough with dogs, and it will look like Woodstock 99’ over winter, but it fills back in pretty well in the spring. I have a golden and a German shepherd that beat turf to death.
Where do you buy your dog seed?
May I ask the costs? I have a similar size
How much land do you have looks great
I wish I had a backyard that big
Holy crap, that’s a lot of work and expense. Awesome job!
u/Arby_88 What did you do for fertilizer over the 2 months?
Which seed did you go with?
