I received it as a gift, from what I see, it was newly transplanted, it has few roots.
The leaves are drying little by little.
I water when the soil dries completely, with an average amount of water. Vase has drainage.
She gets a lot of indirect light practically all day, she's indoors about 3 meters from the balcony window.

Its burning due to less water and more than required sunlight maybe! Remove the burnt leaves, water when the top 2 inches of the soil are dry. Change its location to somewhere it gets less harsh sunlight.
Maybe those leaves are getting direct sunlight for too long of periods of time because they are closer to the window?
This isn’t good light. Variegated plants such as this have increased light requirements due to having less chlorophyll. Photosynthesis is a process that uses water, so plants in brighter light dry the pot more quickly. This is optimal for root health. Yours is likely drying the pot slowly, which creates a hypoxic environment where fungal and bacterial pathogens thrive. I strongly encourage you to increase light exposure. Remember that the top of the plant needs light, too. Increasing light should help the roots to recover, but this may need an intervention like a fungicide.
