Overseeded on September 20th and finally did the first mow today. Really happy with the results, there are few thin spots that may need more seeding but I'll let it grow and hope it will fill out.
My process:
Scalped to 1 inch
Dethatched
Seeded with Twin City Resilient II
Topdressed and fertilized with Scotts Starter
Should I put down fall fertilizer soon? Thinking of waiting until Nov 1st.

Looks great, I’m same area I’m waiting a week or two to fert again just to be safe.

I don’t do seasonal products like a Fall or Winter bag. I would say if you wanted to encourage some late growth, now would be a good time. You could even re-apply the started at a reduced rate…Or just something with Nitrogen and Potassium. Once the grass goes dormant, it doesn’t need anything stored much. You feed it again in Spring to wake it up anyway…it’ll be fine.
