I thought it was in a plastic pot in the outside pot, but I just tried to take it out and realized it’s just one plastic pot with no drainage holes. Looks like the roots are at the top circling the pot above the soil. When I was trying to wiggle it out I also saw some moving bugs, maybe fungus gnats since the soil is pretty damp still. The leaves are perfect, sprayed some neem oil and don’t see any issues but the possible gnats. I know I should let it acclimate but I’m really worried about no drainage, should I just repot now? It’s only been a day, she’s in quarantine in the bathroom. Thoughts? Anyone else get an Aldi FLF?

Repot
Definitely needs drainage holes. Repot.
Repot but try to give it a few days- a week to settel in first. FLF are known drama queens and might get fussy with a repot. And it likes a small pot/ tight roots, so dont go to big on the repot
Are you sure it not in a nursery pot inside a too small deco pot? It looks like it to me, the outside is grey but you can see the inside rim of the nursery pot. It might be too hard to get the pots apart and easier to repot anyway though.
